Certificates

Requests for Baptism, Confirmation or Marriage certificates should be made to the Rectory Office either in person during office hours, by telephone or by mail.

Basic information such as name and date should be included in the request.

 Parish Registration

New parishioners are most cordially welcome to our parish community. Please introduce yourself to one of the priests and register in the parish. Your are encouraged to complete the Parish Census Form and send it or bring it to the Rectory.

Those who are moving out of  the parish are asked to inform the Rectory Office so that the parish records can be updated.
